The Partnership for Clean Air, Inc. (PCA) is a multi-sector network in the Philippines with organizational members from government, civil society, academic institutions and private sector. PCA’s mission is to promote air quality management as a multi-stakeholder effort in the Philippines. PCA facilitates air quality activities of members and stakeholders. It was launched in June 2001 and incorporated as a non-stock, non-profit corporation in November 2003. CAI-Asia Center hosts the PCA Secretariat.
PCA supports Local Government Units in air quality management programs in close coordination with the League of Cities of the Philippines. Among the projects where PCA is or will be involved in includes KnowledgeAir, Walkability Study in Asian Cities, and the Clean Air and Blue Skies Exchange.
PCA is CAI-Asia's Country Network in the Philippines which is part of the CAI-Asia Partnership. Cities, national government agencies, academic institutions, nongovernment organizations, private sector companies, and development agencies can apply for free membership to the CAI-Asia Partnership.
