Objectives:
Major objectives/ outputs of this project:

Objective:
1. To create a commercial, viable, market oriented biogas industry
2. To ensure continued operation of all plants constructed
3. To strengthen institutions for continued and sustained development of the biogas sector
4. To complete all procedures ans proportions to become a validated CDM project
5. To provide training for at least 1 biogas technician ans 2 biogas mason teams per district
6. To reduce environmental pollution including GHG of 28,365 tons/yr.
7. To yearly substitute about 13,724 tons of wooden fuel or agricultural waste with clean energy source in order to improve livelihood
Outputs:

Phase 1- 12,000 biogas plants for 12,000 households in 12 provinces in Vietnam

Bridging Phase - 9,455 biogas plants in 12 additional proviinces/cities

Phase 2 - 140,000 biogas will be built
